Seizure is the frequent disorders in childhood and detection of organic lesion is very
important for both determination of a theraputic plan and the prognosis of the patient.
EEG and CAT studies were performed in 65 patients with seizure disorders at Maryknoll
hospital, from Jun, ’76 to Dec, ’80,was reviwed and analysed.

We experienced a case of salmonella meningitis of a 8-year old male patient.
We diagnosed it through positive culture of Salmonella Group A on CSF and typhoid cell in
bone marrow.
The authors report this case with brief review of literatures.

We experienced a case of Thanatophoric dwarfism.
A 1870 gm male neonate was born after 31 weeks gestation to a 33 years old gravida 1mother
with polyhydramnios. On physical examination, he was noticed micromelic dwarfism, narrow thorax,
and saddle nose. We confirmed this case by physical examination and X-ray study.
A brief review of literatures were presented.
